Welcome to KAMPFIRE PRODUCTIONS! By booking a session, purchasing prints, or using our website, you ("Client" or "You") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

KAMPFIRE PRODUCTIONS requires a non-refundable deposit of $300 upon booking to secure your session date and time, which will be applied toward the final session fee. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the session date. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, online invoice services Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice; failure to provide notice may result in forfeiting the deposit, with exceptions considered only for emergencies. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to maintain schedule integrity, and any delays exceeding 15 minutes may lead to cancellation and forfeiture of the session fee.

KAMPFIRE PRODUCTIONS reserves the right to reschedule sessions for reasons such as inclement weather, illness, or technical issues. In such cases, clients will be notified promptly and offered a rescheduled date. Refunds are generally not provided due to the non-refundable deposit policy, with exceptions considered at our discretion for extenuating circumstances.

All images and media captured during sessions are copyrighted by KAMPFIRE PRODUCTIONS . Cli goodents are granted a personal use license, allowing them to print, share, and display images for non-commercial purposes only. Commercial use requires a separate license. By agreeing to these Terms, you grant KAMPFIRE PRODUCTION's permission to use select images for studio portfolios, marketing materials, and social media. Consent may be withdrawn for specific images by contacting us in writing. Digital files provided by KAMPFIRE PRODUCTIONS are high-resolution and intended for personal use. We recommend using reputable print vendors for quality assurance, as we are not responsible for the quality of prints produced by third-party services.

KAMPFIRE PRODUCTIONS fosters a professional environment and expects all clients and guests to maintain respectful behavior. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior during the session may lead to immediate session termination without refund. The safety of all clients is our priority. However, KAMPFIRE PRODUCTIONS is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during the session. Clients are encouraged to disclose any specific needs to help us provide a safe experience.

Images will be professionally edited according to the studio’s artistic standards. Any requests for additional edits may incur an extra charge, to be discussed with the client. Final images will be delivered within 7-10 business days from the session date via a secure online gallery for download. Clients will be notified of any delays. KAMPFIRE PRODUCTIONS reserves the right to select and edit the best images for final delivery. Please note that raw, unedited images are not provided unless paid for in addition.

KAMPFIRE PRODUCTIONS strives to meet client expectations; however, final image outcomes may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as weather, lighting, or venue conditions. Our liability is limited to the session fee paid by the client. Although we take precautions to prevent data loss, KAMPFIRE PRODUCTIONS is not liable for loss or damage of images due to unforeseen technical issues. In such cases, a reshoot may be offered at no additional cost, if possible.

The images and content produced by KAMPFIRE PRODUCTIONS are copyrighted, and we retain all intellectual property rights. Clients may not alter, reproduce, or sell images without our written consent. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted under these Terms, while commercial use requires separate licensing.

KAMPFIRE PRODUCTIONS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the "Effective Date" will be updated. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of ARIZONA, USA . In the event of any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action. Each party is responsible for its own legal costs. KAMPFIRE retains the right to cure within 30 days.
